Surface Prep — Bamboo
- 1Bamboo is naturally waxy and dense. Sand to 80-grit and clean with isopropyl alcohol immediately before bonding.
- 2Avoid moisture contact before gluing — bamboo is sensitive to moisture changes and can bow.
- 3Cross-laminate bamboo boards absorb less glue than solid strips; adjust spread accordingly.
Safety Warnings
Cold-temperature chalking risk: Below 10°C (50°F) this adhesive may dry powdery with near-zero strength.
